The circus arrives without warning. It is simply there, when yesterday it was not. Against the grey sky the towering tents are striped black and white. A sign hanging upon iron gates reads: Opens at Nightfall Closes at Dawn As dusk shifts to twilight, tiny lights begin to flicker all over the tents, as though the whole circus is covered in fireflies. When the tents are aglow, sparkling against the night sky, the sign lights up: Le Cirque des Rêves The Circus of Dreams The gates shudder and unlock, seemingly by their own volition. They swing outward, inviting the crowd inside.

The circus looked abandoned and desolate. However, you feel like you can smell the scent caramel in the evening breeze, among the smells of autumn leaves. Dense legitimation on the edge of the cold.

Then, the light came on.
Throughout the tent, small lanterns began to flicker, as if the entire circus arena was blanketed by the roaring fireflies of the people who had been waiting in silence for this light show. Someone near you gasped. A kid clapped his hands while laughing cheerfully.
After all the tents were brightly lit, glittering under the night sky, that sign seen.
Spread above the gate, hidden behind iron arches, more light like fireflies flickered. The flames are so striking, some are even accompanied by white sparks and a little smoke. Those closest to the gate take a few steps back.
At first, the light pattern seemed random. But then, more flickers
seemed to coalesce, and it was clear that the light form the alphabets. C characters appear first, followed by the others. the letter q, oddly enough, and some e. When the last bulb lit up and then the fog and sparks faded, a beautiful writing that glowed brilliantly. You lean to the left so you can see more clearly the inscription that reads:

Then, the iron gate shook and opened, seemingly by itself. The two hedges swing outward, inviting the audience in.
Now the circus is open.
Now you can enter.

001. We accept all types of roleplayers. All in the truest sense, but excluding RPG.
002. You are not required to update the timeline all the time. Not required to be an IC. Just enjoy being yourself. And be friends with everyone.
003. Make friends with everyone. And be active at dorm. It's not easy to know at one time. But if you get used to it then you will be close by yourself.
004. We don't ask you to post or comment all the time, just try to greet each other and respond to other members' posts.
005. Make sure you've added all admins as friends. At the dorm later, please add or confirm members so that it is easier for you to interact with fellow members.
006. you are allowed to double account in the dorm. But make sure tell admin first. Please chat account base. There are a maximum of two accounts in the dorm. 1 main account and 1 side account.

008. We have provided a special booth for those of you who want to take a hiatus schedule. Please provide information according to the instructions given. More than 3 days beyond the schedule determined by your account will be removed from the dorm.
009. Absenteeism is not always protective. Absenteeism will be held once every two weeks. But we don't count your activeness from your absences. We don't ask for time every day, using 1 hour out of 24 hours won't make a loss, right?
